Your garden has yielded a bumper crop of fruits and vegetables—and your friends and neighbors can't take any more. So what are you going to do with the surplus? Mark Lyons, an experienced garden coach, will review a number of ways that can be used to preserve the harvest through the winter, and maybe even beyond. It will cover canning, freezing, dehydrating, and winter storage techniques.
