1.0 The purpose of the digital sign is to promote and market Library services, programs, events and resources. Content is limited to Library services and resources, Library sponsored or cosponsored events, or community news of high importance to all Library district residents, as determined by the Library Director or the Library Director's appointee.

2.0 The use of a digital sign is subject to the Library's sole and exclusive discretion. Accordingly, the Library reserves the right to determine exact wording and to refuse any request.
