Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that induces a deep state of relaxation, leading to both physical and mental restoration.
We will be in the Shavasana pose (lying on the ground) for this program, so grab your yoga mat, a cozy blanket, and a pillow. Be sure to dress in comfy clothes and prepare to let stress melt away as instructor Julie Benson guides you through the process of awareness and relaxation to attain the restorative state between sleep and wakefulness.
