Event Details

In this Restorative Yoga class we will be unwinding in gentle restful poses and passive stretching. Near the end of the class you will enjoy a trio of peaceful singing bowls. After class you will leave feeling relaxed and fully prepared for a deep restful sleep.  Please remember to bring your own towel or blanket, your yoga mat and water bottle.
