Restorative Yoga for Adults

In this Restorative Yoga class, we will be unwinding in gentle restful poses and passive stretching. Near the end of the class, you will enjoy a trio of peaceful singing bowls. After class, you will leave feeling relaxed and fully prepared for a deep restful sleep. Please remember to bring your own towel or blanket, your yoga mat, and a water bottle.
