Event Details

Qigong (pronounced “chi gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that has been around for over 2,000 years.  Qi means energy. Gong means to cultivate. The practice includes movement, stillness, and breath. We will practice various movements and then coordinate the breath with the movements.  This gentle practice will leave you relaxed, yet energized. 

No equipment is required, but a water bottle is recommended. All movement will be done while standing.

In the event of inclement weather, event will be held in the Lincoln Room.
