The library offers large meeting room spaces for civic, cultural, educational and public information meeting of non-profit groups based in the Wauconda Area Public Library District when not being used for library programs.
The Lincoln Room can comfortably accomodate up to 80 people depending on the desired room configuration and the Digital Classroom seats 16.
Please review the library's Meeting Room Policy: www.wauclib.org/meeting-room-policy before making an online reservation. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance by filling out this form. You will receive an email response to your request from a staff member as soon as possible.
Meeting rooms will be opened no more than 1 hour before the meeting starts and not before the library is open.
Meeting rooms must be left in the condition in which they were found.
Meeting rooms must be vacated prior to the library's closing time.
No coffee pot or kitchen supplies are provided.
If you are a prospective program/event contractor, please fill out the Program Proposal webform instead of the Meeting Room form.
Meeting room hours are:
Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
