 m, and general enjoyment of our days and life. Dr. Lemke is trained in CBT
 -I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) and will teach you simple, 
 evidence-based strategies that can be used immediately. This workshop will
  give you control back of your sleep and allow you to finally have the sle
 ep that you have only dreamed about. A good night&#039;s sleep can start t
