Escape the LIbrary!

Grades 3-5

Break the  winter boredom and escape out of the library! Using a series of puzzles and locks children will break the ice with one another by trying to solve the puzzle. Teams will work together and race to solve the clues to help the Penguin Escape and free themselves from the Lincoln Room in the library.

Oh Snow! A famous snowboarder is stuck and needs your help. Using a series of puzzles and locks, teens will work together in teams to help the snowboarder. Teams will  race to solve the clues to help our snowboarder get to their contest and free themselves from the Lincoln room.

Zumba for Families

Come move your body every Saturday in the months of January and February. Our Friends at Mano a Mano will lead us in a bi-lingual, cross generational Zumba experience. Wear comfortable clothing, and come prepared to feel the heat.

Citizenship Class

Getting ready to take your exam to become a U.S. Citizen? This class will cover the 100 civic questions, N-400 application, and the English portion needed for the citizenship interview. Must be a legal resident in order to participate.  Presented in Partnership with Mano a Mano.
