Tax Forms & Assistance

The Library receives limited federal and state income tax forms for individuals.  Tax forms are usually available beginning in February.  These are located by the Printing Center, next to the Community Board.

Please be aware that library staff cannot answer your tax questions or tell you which tax form to use. 

Tax forms and instructions can be photocopied or printed from the Internet.  Please ask at the Adult Help Desk for assistance.

AARP Tax Assistance at the Library

Volunteers with the American Association of Retired Persons provide free income tax return assistance to eligible patrons who are 55 or older.  Appointments typically run from February through the beginning of April. Appointments must be made in advance either by visiting the Adult Help Desk or by calling 847-526-6225 ext. 203.
