The
library invites EVERYONE to join our “Library of
the Year” celebration Saturday, September
24. Throughout the afternoon, starting at one o’clock, there
will be loads of entertainment, refreshments, prizes, and fun
for all ages. This is the library’s way of thanking the
community for
making it possible to achieve SO MUCH in recent years. So
much, in fact, that the library was named “Library of the
Year” earlier this year by the North Suburban Library System
(NSLS), a consortium of 650 academic, public, school, and
special libraries in north suburban Cook, Kane, Lake and
McHenry Counties.
Come join the
festivities -- rain or shine!
