Introducing Playaway
| A new way to listen to books! A Playaway is a new type of audiobook, Half thesize of a deck of cards, it can be used anywhere. Each Playaway includes one pre-loaded audiobook packaged in a protective case, instructions, a battery, and  a lanyard. Patrons are required to supplytheir own earphones or purchase them at the Circulation Desk for a small fee. The Playaway allows listeners to place digital “bookmarks” to remember where they left off, and to control the speed of the narrator’s voice.
