Family Reading Club

The Wauconda Area Public Library, located at 801 N. Main Street in Wauconda, is offering a family reading club entitled, “Snow Is Falling, Books Are Calling!” This five-week program, which begins Monday, January 17^th, is designed to encourage a love of reading and the sharing of good books among family members. In order to participate, at least one adult and one child per family must come to the Children’s Services desk together to sign up. Families who complete their weekly reading goal will receive coupons for free foods or desserts at Burger King, Culver’s, McDonald’s, Old Country Buffet, and Taco Bell. Families who achieve their goal all five weeks will receive a certificate and paperback books honoring their outstanding reading achievement. Registration begins on Monday, January 17^th, 2005.
