1. As a mother of a preschool child participating in summer reading, I would appreciate the Big Ticket award to be given out earlier in the program. I know it is a big incentive but I would like to have more time to use the tickets. Thanks.	According to the Daily Herald, which sponsors the Big Ticket Reading Project, the coupon booklets are to be awarded only to children who complete the library’s summer reading program. The six-week program concludes on July 23^rd, so children who earn this reading incentive will generally have ample time to enjoy the many free attractions. Of the 21 coupons included in each booklet, the overwhelming majority expire on December 31^st and only a few expire earlier (one in August, a couple in September.) We hope that you and your child enjoy the Big Tickets throughout the remainder of the summer as well as during autumn!
2. Please purchase: more Christian rock CDs, Petersen’s Photographic magazine, Wisconsin Trails magazine, more books and movies in Spanish.	These are being considered for purchase. Thanks for the suggestions!
3. Your decorations are always beautiful and your help kind. Keep up the great work; you put other towns’ Children’s Departments to shame!	Thank you for your kind comments!
4. We love our library. Your programs are great – for all ages. Love the comics theme! Thanks.	We are happy to hear that our Super Heroes theme resonates with our Super Patrons! Thank you!
5. Something must be done when people take the Jewel Wednesday supplement. I can’t see if I need anything from the store!	Unfortunately, some library users take various sections of the newspapers. We will try to monitor this better.
6. The library, staff, facilities, etc. are so extraordinary. Every time we’re here I tell everyone how wonderful everything is!! Keep up the great work; you’ll always have my vote for referendums!	Thank you – we greatly appreciate your support!
7. Stamp the books with due dates instead of paper receipts that get lost.	Next time you check out please do not hesitate to ask the Circulation staff for a due date slip for your items – we would be glad to give you one!
