9. I love this is library. The women are so helpful and accommodating. The children's area is wonderful for the children. The parent-teacher area is great. Thank you.

10. You should buy a Disc Doctor for your CD-ROMs. Most of your programs are scratched up so bad, they don't even load.

When you return a CD-ROM that you feel has a problem, please let us know so we can test it, and repair or replace it.

11. You should get more CDs like Sum 41.

We have ordered a Sum 41 CD.

12. Though the library is not a place to play, you should have an enclosed area for tots be in and make parents watch them, which they don't always do. Some are fine, but there are always some who don't care. This is a whole lot better than where we came from.

Since the Children’s department was designed to be an attractive, open-space exploratory, it really is not feasible to enclose a section for small children. If you believe that there are unsupervised children when you visit, please speak to the Children’s librarians. They will be happy to reunite the "wanderers" with their caregivers!

13. Activate phone jacks downstairs so that I could watch my kids while checking business email/doing work. This would be a wonderful way for me to spend more time with my children.

We’ll investigate the feasibility of this. Phone line use would have to be somehow restricted to local calls. Thanks for the suggestion.

14. Please ask your fish tank company to do a better job!!! One fish desperately needs penicillin (this fish has been ill for at least 3 weeks); another last night was laying on the bottom of the tank dying. I almost brought it some penicillin myself. The fish need caring, not suffering.

In recent months, our fish have been in good health. Occasionally, one may die. We make an effort to remove these fish as soon as we can. Please note that we take extremely good care of these fish, to the extent possible.
