with a library card can join in the celebration of Library Card Sign-Up Month by
taking advantage of special offers not only at the library but all around the
district. More than 100 businesses
are partnering with the

so many participating businesses, the savings for library cardholders can add up
quickly! Any library patron who
visits a participating business and shows his or her library card is eligible to
receive a discount or a “freebie.” Look
for the gold-colored signs in the windows of the participating merchants
throughout
Any library district resident aged 5 years and up can get a library card at no cost, and lost cards will be replaced at no charge through September. New cardholders will receive an orientation packet including a special library pen. Free key chain cards are available during September to all library patrons over the age of 16.
