Start Your Own Book Discussion Group!

Check out this Book Club listing of great book club titles and be inspired to start your own group.  You can also check out this link to Novelist, a resource provided to our patrons that includes information on titles and authors and may even include book discussion questions!

The Wauconda Area Library also can provide titles to your book group in multiple quantities in one of two ways:

  1. From the inventory list of titles available at the Wauconda Area Library

OR

  1. From the inventory list of titles available from other libraries (you must contact us for more information)

Please stop by or call the Adult Reference Desk at (847) 526-6225 ext. 203 to place the order for the books.  One contact person from your group will be responsible for checking out the books and making sure they are all returned.  We ask that you have a couple of titles in mind in case your first selection is not available.  Please allow extra time for books coming from other libraries.  We will need your group's  contact person's name, library card number, phone number, number of books needed and the length of checkout.
